ERINNA McKISSICK is a Saginaw native. She was among the top 15% of students in her class at Howard University, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. In May of 2014, she graduated magna cum laude from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, MI, with a Master of Arts degree in Ministry Leadership. Currently, she serves as the Senior Director of Ministries and the Youth and Young Adult Director at Victorious Believers Ministries Church of God in Christ in Saginaw, MI. She is also the founder and CEO of EM Ministries. Rev. McKissick resides in Saginaw with her two children, Mayah and Joshua. Visit her site.
SIERRA McKISSICK is a blogger, development coach, entrepreneur, and professor of religion. Born in Saginaw, Michigan, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where she earned a Master of Arts in Religion and a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Education from Fisk University. She has worked with several non-profits, educational institutions, and local companies over the past ten years to promote and educate about healthy behavioral and spiritual practices in communities of color. Sierra runs McKissick Health & Wellness, a digital education company, SFM Design Studio (formerly Sarah’s Faith Ministries), and teaches undergrad.
